Due to the nature of beauty and skincare products, we can only accept returns for unopened, unused items in their original packaging.

• Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• The packaging must remain sealed and intact.
• Items showing signs of use, tampering, or opened seals cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened skincare, makeup, or fragrance products.
• Items purchased during special promotions or marked as final sale.

3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
